Foil-Wizard
The Van den Bergh Foil-Wizard is a modular unit that can run stand alone, or can be easily rolled inline with other web equipment. The system can produce blind embossing, hotfoil stamping, imprinting, crash printing, numbering, hologram stamping, magnetic stripes, all from the same system. All circumference sizes are computer controlled, no cylinder changes are necessary. The Van den Bergh Foil-Wizard shares the same technology as our labelling systems, which means high performance, unmatched accuracy and operator friendliness, this at speeds up to 22.000 IPH based on 12'' form.

Die-Cut
The Van den Bergh Die-Cut, stand alone or in-line with the ILC, is equipped with one magnetic rotary cylinder. Just replace a flexible die with our flexible die guide, program the size requested, reposition the cylinder electronically to the form, and ready you are to perform die-cut operations on various materials up to 80m/min (270 fpm)
